WORsHIP

What to expect

At Charis, our worship is through prayer, praise, and the Word. All are intertwined in weekly prayer sessions, spirit-filled music during our Sunday services, delivered by our talented worship team, and the ardent preaching of the Word.

CONNECT

Contact Members

Staying connected is a big part of who we are at Charis. As a family, connecting with you and staying connected is important to us. Whether you are new to our fold or are already established here, we would love to stay in touch with you and keep you informed of our events, prayer assemblies and programmes.

COMMUNITY

Raising , Repairing and Restoring.

As an outreach and community-minded church, we aim to fulfil our God-given vision of raising, repairing and restoring through our service to the community.

Early Seekers Prayer & Mid Week Service

EVERY WEDNESDAY 6:15AM AND 7PM

Psalm 63:1 - O God, You are my God. Early will I seek You

We hold our Early Seekers Prayer assembly every Wednesday morning; we come together virtually to commune with God, seek His direction, encouragement and strength to see us through the remainder of the week.

Psalm 119:105 Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path

After receiving the Word from the pulpit on Sundays, we come together virtually on Wednesday evenings to get that extra top-up to carry us through the rest of the week. We study the Bible in depth and receive thought-provoking truths that are sure to challenge, encourage and spur us on for the rest of the week.

Volunteer At Or Donate To The Charis Foodbank.

TIME 1:30PM - 2PM

Our Food Bank was established in 2015 and it continues to grow stronger, with a solid attendance of between 20 to 40 residents per week.

It is run by the church and has been over the years. We continue to receive donations through the patronage of our congregation and weekly donations from CostCo Wholesale and the Felix Project.

Our general donations range from dry and canned foods to perishable foods and fresh baked goods to toiletries and baby products. These are all set up in our Grace Hall by our team of volunteers who also serve the residents as they attend.

The Food Bank runs every Sunday afternoon between 1.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m.
